What is shared web hosting?
Shared hosting places your website on a powerful server alongside other sites, with resources isolated per account using CloudLinux. It's the most affordable way to run a fast, reliable website.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. Upgrade to a higher plan or to WordPress, eCommerce or Managed hosting any time from your dashboard. We prorate the difference.
How much bandwidth do I get?
Starter includes 1,000 GB, Standard 2,000 GB and Plus 3 TB of bandwidth per month, which comfortably covers normal website traffic. Each account must also stay within the resource limits of its plan and our Acceptable Use Policy.
Which control panel do you use?
You get our custom dashboard for everyday tasks plus full cPanel access for advanced settings.
What happens after the first term?
Your plan renews at the regular price shown on each plan card. For annual and longer plans we email a renewal notice 35 days before renewal and your renewal invoice 15 days before; for monthly plans we email the invoice 7 days before. We also send a reminder 3 days before renewal.
